I didn’t know that coconut milk is commonly used in South Indian cooking. I never ate Indian food growing up, but I’m starting to realize that I really like it and I’m trying to eat more of it. I think I’m going to see if there are any Indian food take-out services near me because I would really like to see how coconut milk would taste in food.
